SAM BUTLER, PTA

Sam Butler, BS, PTA, earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy from Malone University in 2015. She then pursued her Associate Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Remington College, graduating in 2017. She has experience with both outpatient and long-term care rehabilitation settings, specializing in geriatrics, balance and orthopedic rehabilitation. Sam has been with the practice for over four years and has ample experience treating our patients. Samantha grew up and currently resides in Mentor, Ohio with her family.
